The tolerance of spare parts is within 0.004mm,while 0.004mm to 0.006mm for feeding length.The surface roughness is from Ra0.04 to Ra0.1,Stamping speed reaches 300 to 450 strokes per minute.,Regrinding life is within 1.2 million to 3 million strokes,while total life from 120 million to 250 million strokes.

Our electric motor laminations dies are widely used in motors and generators for aerospace applications, electro motion, military and food processing applications. We manufacture laminations and lamination segments that range from 0.5″ to 36″ in diameter. Various presses ranging from 3 to 330 ton in capacity allow us to handle diverse production requirements, be it a single unit or several million units. Our services include prototyping and assembly of parts.
We laser-cut, die-cut, and stamp laminations for all types of motors, including linear, servo, plus stepper motors. A variety of special features, including insulation coating, end lamination, and application of core plates are provided by us. To produce intricate geometries, we use photo etching, waterjet cutting, and machining. Apart from generators and motors, a variety of products, such as pumps, transformers, missiles, and X-ray machines, use our laminations as well.
Cobalt alloys, M15 – M45 and special grades of silicone steel, plus several other exotic metals are machined to ± 0.0005″ tolerances at our facility. We can also work with non-metals such as Delrin, fiberglass, plastic, rubber, and PTFE.
